Fund Management and Property Development Projects

1) Livingstone Company Inc. collaborates with its number of overseas partners in the USA, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, and the Middle East for arranging, accumulating and managing project funds in various areas of business. 2) Livingstone Company Inc., and its associates, have set up a couple of Asset Management Companies and/or private equity funds, including QED Global Ltd., a Hong Kong-based company, and Next 5, an Oman-based company. Livingstone Asset Management Inc., which will also manage REITs, is scheduled to be established in the year 2023, to help broaden the scope of projects that are of common interest to the partners and deepen their execution capability. 3) A number of site developments and housing projects in Gangnam, Seoul, Jeju Island, Songdo International City, and other IFEZ spots are either executed, completed, and/or are under planning in Korea. The group has been involved in the completion of a number of overseas projects such as Tianjin Marina Club, China, and luxury townhomes projects in the USA and in the Middle East, etc. 4) Livingstone Company Inc., together with QED Global, a Hong Kong-based Investment Management Company in private equity and strategic investment (buyouts and controlled stakes), aiming to expand its presence in the Middle East and the USA. 5) Livingstone Company Inc. is in real estate investment and development activities in partnership with NH Group in selected high-credit quality countries in Asia, the Middle East, the US, and Europe.

Advanced Health and Medical Projects Promotion

1) COVID 19 related projects: Livingstone Company Inc. is exporting goods for the fight against the global COVID-19 pandemic. We take orders of all kinds of customized COVID-19 related items upon various requests of our clients. We also carry out the innovative Korean COVID-19 diagnosis kits/detection devices for both RT PCR and antibody(& antigen) tests, and COVID-19 infected ones monitoring system. 2) Promoting advanced medicine projects in the fields of immunology, especially for the fight against cancers and auto-immune diseases. 3) Developing and marketing for the world’s first DNA based education consulting business by establishing Gene Story Global Inc. at Delaware, U.S.A.

International Trading Promotion

1) Currently allied with couple of leading Korean retail groups for exporting PB, Private Branding, products of convenient stores and supermarket networks to overseas, in particular, to Hong Kong, Macau, and adjacent Chinese territories by partnering with our partners in Hong Kong. 2) Collaborating with Sekyung I&D Inc., a company representing the Korean Government Employees’ Federation, to export products sourced by this network within Korea. 3) We are also exclusively dealing with the proprietary technologies and products from number of Korean companies, including couple of KOSDAQ listed companies, to the world market. 4) We are also actively trading oil and gas products through our licenses in Dubai, U.A.E., potentially aiming to provide NH Group’s gas station network in Korea.

Advanced Mobility Projects Promotion

1) Advanced Mobility Projects Promotion is a promising emerging area. 2) Representing and collaborating with Contrail Corp., the top private jet handling company in Asia, for aviation, private jet operations, air-taxi projects, and air cargo plane operations projects. 3) Collaborating with MaaS Asia Inc., the first successful mobility solution company in Korea, for mobility solution applicable projects that includes services from electric bikes, electric vehicles, and even to airplanes eventually.

Mine Development

1) Livingstone Company Inc. is currently exploring and developing a number of gold and silver mines in Korea with the cooperation of KORES, Korea Resources Corporation, and operates gold mining and export licenses in a number of West African gold-producing countries, including Sierra Leone and Guinea. 2) Livingstone Commodities FZCO, a subsidiary of Livingstone Company Inc., established in Dubai, U.A.E., currently holds and is in the business of various kinds of commodities trading businesses. 3) Livingstone Company Inc. is planning to enter into the mining business in North Korea in the near future. 4) Livingstone Company Inc. is also currently working on other kinds of mining projects for 'bauxite', 'diatomaceous earth', and 'fluorite' etc. 5) Livingstone Gold & Silver Inc., as Livingstone Company Inc.'s 100% subsidiary is established to handle all related gold and silver businesses.

New KF94 Masks Launched with FDA Class 1 & 2

Livingstone Company Inc. is pleased to launch our new product lines of KF94 and dental masks produced from Korea. While Korean COVID-19 related products are dominating and leading the world markets since the outbreak of the pandemic, the Korean masks were not allowed to be exported according to the Korean government policy. But, thankfully, we are now allowed to export up to 30% of our production capacity. In the meanwhile, we prepared KF94 masks (N95 equivalent) to get FDA class 1 and 2 approvals, and CE certificates, and are now ready for official export of the products.

Livingstone Company Inc.'s partnering UN MediHealth Inc. began to mass-produce FDA certified protective clothing and shoes for the export use of Livingstone Company. This company was newly established as the production company of the protective gears and is headed up by Mr. Richard H. Heo, the partner of Livingstone Company Inc. Thankfully, we were able to ship out samples to US, Japan, and other countries successfully.

3D KF94 Mask factory will be ready soon!

Livingstone Company Inc. is officially starting to produce its own designed 3D KF94 masks from end of June. The factory is located in Chuncheon with its area of more than 2,000 square meters. The company will install mask production machines exclusively designed and manufactured by the top Samsung Electronics semiconductor plant designer. We plan to manufacture a tier one designer brand, such as Armani or Dior, masks to satisfy the need of our supporters worldwide!
